Small Firm Forum: Developing Drawing Standards

This month’s meeting is an open request for attendees to share how they “Develop and Implement Drawing Standards.” Please come prepared to discuss various methods and techniques that you use in your practice, how you organize and standardize your drawing standards. The goal for all attendees will be to come away with some new ideas that can be used in your own practice. 

Learning Objectives:

1. Understand the essential components of drafting and modeling standards.
2. Discuss what small firms are currently using for standards (i.e. what is and isn't working).
3. Review resources for setting up standards including AIA, CSI, other firms and consultants.
4. Discuss implementation and updating of drafting and modeling standards.
