Small Firm Forum: Lessons Learned

This month’s meeting is an open request for attendees to share their “Lessons Learned” feedback from past and current projects. Topics may range from client, contractor, and consultant relationships to learning new details, techniques, and best practices through shared ideas. Attendees should come prepared to present a “Lessons Learned” that they can share with our group. If you think the SFF is, has and can continue to be a positive component to your practice, please join us for the discussion and learning session.

Learning Objectives:

1. Implement the lessons learned shared by other participants. 
2. Identify past errors to learn from and avoid similar errors in the future.
3. Organize and develop a process for consistency with concepts and approaches that work to avoid many issues.
4. Apply failures and setbacks as doors to new insights and opportunities that may not have otherwise been seen.
